Real Estate ProText Self-Serve system provides you with an easy-to-use control panel you access from any computer. Through the control panel you can:

Send email to invidual prospects or prospect lists . . . use for New Listing Announcements or Open House Announcements

Build ads your prospects receive when they respond to a print ad or yard sign (like the one above)

Manage your prospects and prospect lists

When you see a sign or ad that says: Text Apple to 71441, the word Apple is the keyword. This keyword is what directs the system to the correct list and ad. The 71441 is the shortcode number which belongs to RealtorsText. You will assign a keyword to each property you put on the system. RealtorsText offers two types of keyword: Premium and System Generated. The keyword above, Apple, is a Premium Keyword. eu47 is an example of a System Generated Keyword.

Real Estate ProText provides unlimited System Generated Keywords as part of your package. Premium Keywords are an addional monthly charge. That amount is based on the number of Premium Keywords you use per month. Please see below for additional pricing information.

Texts are the 2nd part of the equation. Don't "Text"? Not a problem! Our system operates online through a simple control panel. You can see it below. Anyone can quickly learn to create the beautiful ad you see to the left. The Self Serve Program includes 250 texts. If you exceed that number, we charge 12 cents for additional text. Or you may purchase an additional 250 text package when your text traffic has reached that level.

The Real Estate ProText system charges only for outgoing texts. Incoming texts are not charged.

Your package includes unliimited listings and access to the RealtorsText Control Panel. It also includes one Premium Keyword and unlimited System Generated Keywords. It also includes 250 Outgoing Text Messages. If you exceed your monthly text message allotment, each additonal text will be charged at 10 cents each.

Your package allowance of 250 texts should be more than enough for your needs. However, if you maximize the power of this program, you might outgrow that allotment. You may purchase an additonal package of texts at any time. These Additional Texts do not have a set expiration date. They may used until exhausted unlike the Texts in your Monthly Package.

Premium Keywords are rented on a monthly basis. You may add a Premium Keyword at anytime during your 30-day cycle. Regardless of when you add a Premium Keyword, the Keyword will be re-rented on the 30-day cycle. You may release a Premium Keyword at any time and not be charged for it again at the next 30-day cycle. However, that Keyword becomes avaialbe to anyone in the system and you may not be able to get it back.
