The Real Estate ProText Full Service Program is designed for the Real Estate Professional with too much on their plate to take the time to create and maintain their Mobile Text Marketing Program. You just want to work with your clients . . . we'll work with the technology.

We have priced the Full-Service Program to make it an affordable alternative to our Self-Service Program. We maintain your prospect lists, create your new listing ads, send out your New Listing Announcements and Open House Announcements.

We will give you the assigned Keywords to place in your ads and on your listing yard signs. We'll even create QR Codes for you!

All listing fees are one-time fees, no matter how long the property is on the market. However, you must maintain your monthly Full-Service Subscription to keep your Mobile Marketing Channel open for your prospects.

When you see a sign or ad that says: Text Apple to 71441, the word Apple is the keyword. This keyword is what directs the system to the correct list and ad. The 71441 is the shortcode number which belongs to RealtorsText. We assign a Premium Keyword to each property you list.

Texts are the 2nd part of the equation. Unlike the Self-Serve System, the Full-Service Program offers Unlimited Texts. Additional Text Packages are not a concern under this Program.

This is the Gateway to your Mobile Marketing System. The Monthly Subscription covers your Outgoing Texting & Account expenses. Under this program, you have Unlimited Texts.

Each New Listing is a one-time fee for the life of the listing . . . no matter how long the listing is on the market. You simply fill out a brief form, send it to us and it will be available within 24 hours.

You can send us pictures of the property or send us the MLS listing and we can grab the pictures from there. We can also link to the MLS listing if you like.

We will send you the Premium Keyword for the property so you can put it into your print ads and yard signs. We can include a QR code as well if your wish.

Finally, we will send you New Listing to everyone on any or all of your existing lists. We know those people are prospects in the market. Keep them in the loop. Your New Listing may be exactly what they are looking for.

Who better to tell about your Open House than your existing lists? With the Open House Announcement, you let them know when an where. The Open House Announcement can go out up to 3 times the week before the Open House. Your choice. Just fill out our quick form, let us know when you want it to go out . . . and it's done (please give us 48 hours prior to the first Announcement).

No problem! Sometimes we all feel creative or want to do it ourselves. You have the same full access to the Control Panel as the Self-Serve Program. However, this program is intended to be Full-Service and the pricing is designed thus. Because of the Unlimited Texts feature of this program, each self created New Listing will be charged $2.00. Each Open House Announcement will be charged $1.00.
